Many students who attend St. Brigid's School come from different faith backgrounds, practices, and levels of participation. All lessons taught are age-appropriate. Our weekly all-school Mass is a youth Mass and is accessible to students from diverse backgrounds.
The appropriateness of the offerings in religion is suitable for all students concerning age, faith, and academic ability.
We use a variety of pedagogical approaches to match the mission of our school and reach all learners. These include, but are not limited to: lectures, Bible reading and stories, student-centered faith circles, whole classroom discussions, and prayer. Peer teaching and prayer buddies support mastery of religious content and enactment of Christian activity.
St. Brigid teachers believe that students should grow in becoming moral and faith-filled citizens who will participate in the broader community during their time at St. Brigid School.
