Math Club & Math Team

Math Club/Math Team is for students in grades 7-8 students who are interested in mathematics. The goal is to bring together kids with a love for mathematics, encourage student collaboration, provide exposure to further education opportunities.  

Current 7^th and 8^th grade students are invited to join now. Come sharpen your wits and use what you know about numbers, patterns and geometry to tackle some unusual math problems!  

Compete in local math meets, or just come for the fun of problem solving!
Come every week, or come just to try it out. You can participate with the Cheverus team if you are already working with them but come to our practices too if you like.  Light snacks & beverages provided.

Cost for non-aftercare students: $88.00
No charge for regular part time or full time aftercare students.

Practices Tuesday, 2:45 - 3:45
September 19, 26; October 3, 10, 17 and 24; November 7, 14; December 5 & 12.  2024 dates TBA

Local Meets: October 4, Nov. 1, Dec. 6, Jan. 24, Mar. 6
State Meet: April 2, Augusta Civic Center
