Schedule an Admissions Meeting

  If you are interested in learning more about the admissions process for preschool through 8th grade, please fill out the 'Request a Meeting' form on the right side of this page. Inquiries for the fall of 2025 will be scheduled for a phone admission meeting first. Inquiries for future enrollment will be held on a waitlist, and meetings will be scheduled beginning in late September prior to the year of enrollment.

  Please note: Due to the significant waitlists for preschool, pre-k, and kindergarten, we are not adding to the lists for 2025 at this time. We expect openings for first graders in the fall of 2026. Please consider choosing a space on a list for future placement. If you are on a waitlist for future placement and openings do become available for pre-k or kindergarten, we will contact you to see if you are interested in proceeding through the process earlier.

  Prospective and current parents who wish to enroll new students or siblings are required to schedule a phone admissions meeting to learn about the school programs and culture.
  
  If St. Brigid School seems like a good fit for the student and family, an application may be filled out following the meeting. The admissions process includes a shadow visit day for the student and a family tour of the school. Preschool and pre-k applicants will have a small group family visit, in place of a shadow visit day.
  
  On the shadow visit, prospective students are invited to spend a day with us, to learn firsthand about our school, curriculum, and culture in their current grade. Visits are scheduled as part of the admission process, after the phone meeting has been held, and the application has been received and reviewed. Students are assessed during their visit through engagement in the daily curriculum.
  A formal academic assessment for the incoming grade will be conducted following the shadow visit and tour. The assessment allows teachers to gain knowledge of students' current skills.
  
  Tours of the campus are offered to give parents and students a sense of our facilities. Tours are led by teachers, administrators, staff, and parent ambassadors to help families gain perspective from various people in our community. Tours are offered by invitation only.

  October 19, 2024: incoming preschool and pre-K applicants
  November 9, 2024: incoming Kindergarten through Grade 8 applicants
  
  2025-2026 Assessments
  December 7, 2024: incoming grade 1 - 8 applicants
