As part of our community and commitment to keeping tuition as affordable as possible, we rely on our parents and members of our parish community to volunteer a minimum of 25 hours per year to assist with a wide variety of tasks that keep our school vibrant.
Things you can help with:
Fundraisers: Harvest Fair, Jump-a-Thon, Online Auction, Spring Event
Assist in classrooms, help in the lunch program, assist with various projects at home
Serve on the Athletics Committee or coach a team
Serve on the Home and School Association, assist with H.S.A. sponsored events such as the New Parent/Welcome Activities, Back to School Night, Halloween Party, Grandparents/Grandfriends Day, Mother/Special Person-Son event, Father/Special Person-Daughter event, Breakfast with Santa, Santa’s Workshop, Catholic Schools Week, and Field Day
All volunteers are required to take the Protecting God’s Children program and have federal and DHHS background checks. Volunteer application and forms can be found on the Portland Diocese website.
Parent help needed for the Harvest Fair, which is scheduled for Saturday, September 24 from 10:00 am - 3:00 pm.
